Every time I try to induce a WILD, my neck gets this annoying pain (probably because of bad posture when trying to sleep). I haven't found a good way to induce one, and need some suggestions on good WILD inducing body positions. And one extra thing: are these easier after strenuous activity? |

MAybe you shouldn't be doing WILDs if your neck hurts. It is less stressful to do a MILD or DILD |

I would say the neck problem is just your body trying to tell if you are awake. Just try to ignore it is probably the best thing you can do. |

So it's an offset of the pain to roll over? |

Weird thing is, a minute after, it's fine. WinRic is probably right. |
