Unhappy Problem attempting wilds, and getting to sleep (Not insomnia)

Every time I try to induce a WILD, my neck gets this annoying pain (probably because of bad posture when trying to sleep). I haven't found a good way to induce one, and need some suggestions on good WILD inducing body positions. And one extra thing: are these easier after strenuous activity?

Generally, whatever position you would normally go to sleep in is best.

MAybe you shouldn't be doing WILDs if your neck hurts. It is less stressful to do a MILD or DILD

Weird thing is, a minute after, it's fine. WinRic is probably right.

I would say the neck problem is just your body trying to tell if you are awake. Just try to ignore it is probably the best thing you can do.

Just lay down like you usually do and if your neck starts to hurt you will know for sure it's just your body doing a test.

So it's an offset of the pain to roll over?
