Just relax, and realize that you're perfectly safe. If you start to freak out then your chances of getting through it are pretty slim. I don't know if that's the problem you have though. |

Hi Raphael, Thanks for that speedy reply. It seems that you answered my question even before I had the chance to edit it. So you hit it right on the nail anyway. It's been a while since I've been in transition... so, if you have any tips on getting there it would really helpful. |

During my first WILD attempts I thought that I had to visualize a dreamscape in order to transition into a dream. |

wow! I spoke to a yoga instructor today and will register for lessons soon -- very soon. I want to be able to achieve full sleep paralysis very quickly (as opposed to 2-4 hours depending on how I feel). |
