Try the WBTB with MILD technique. It works great for me. Keep on trying! You'll get lucid one day for sure. |

Thanks Matte87, I took your advice and was able to do a WBTB and got lucid I had to make sure I didn't move when I woke up and I shut my eyes immediately when I realised I was awake. I actually skipped the transition stage and went straight into a dream state. it took me a while to realise what had happened - about 1 minute I'd expect - then I was lucid but I shut my eyes in the dream to summon my best friend. Clearly I'm not familiar with summoning methods. Perhaps you or someone else could enlighten me. |

Lucid Dreaming takes patience. It took my 2 years to start having real LDs. You will get there, I often felt discouraged and thought I couldn't LD. |

YO BRO, LISTEN UP! |

Hi again everybody, thank you very much for all the positive input. I'm going out with my parents -- will be back in a few hours to reply. |
|
Staying positive and patient helps. It could take months to start having lucid dreams, and many months more to have them with any regularity. But it is worth all the effort. |
|
I had my first lucid dream just 2 nights ago! more on this after I get back. |
|
Congrats on your first lucid dream! :bravo: Compared to a lot of other new people here, you learned it pretty quickly. Can't wait to hear about it. |

Going for a ride. Stick around, I'll be back in a few hours. |

I just say the item I want to summon while imagining it appearing in front of me or wherever I want it. I don't recomend this though unless you think you can do it. I think people have a hard time doing it that way. You could try walking around a corner and expect the item/person to be there. That seems to work for most people. Or you could memorize the summoning jutsu from Naruto. |

I don't know much about this, but have you dove deep into chakra meditation yet? |
|
I will definitely do so. I'm going to bed now so I'm going to do my preparations. I have aimed for lucidity almost every night, but a realistic goal is most welcome. |

Well supposedly we all have 7 chakras in our body from the base of the spine to the top of our heads. Chakra meditation focuses on aligning and making the chakras spin at their normal speed. Aligning the chakras and spinning them can give you energy and keep you healthy. The crown chakra at the top of your head also has something to do with astral projection. |

That's great you got lucid. You can also try setting goals, like flying, or set a goal to get another lucid within 30 days. |
|
ehm... confusing. I'd have to do some more research -- my mother told me about the 3rd chakra and now I understand why you are a little skeptical. It's hard to grasp and seems extremely symbolic/philosophical, (at least I think so). |
|
I think the 3rd chakra is the yellow solar-plexus chakra and is located in your upper stomach. If healthy, you will make good decisions and spend time wisely. I think mine is dead. |

You have too much on your mind. Clear your mind fully and truly relax. After that perform MILD - perform visualisations and repeat a mantra and make sure it sinks into your mind. Good luck! |
|
Hey, remember that anyone can lucid dream. It's entirely attainable. |
