hey i just started studying lucid dreams yesterday and i was wondering how long it took you to have your first lucid dream, what technique you used, how your dream recall was at the time, and how long before you could have them frequently. |

I'm about at my third week, no luck yet but it has to happen eventually. I'm just ganna stick with doing WBTB, Mild, and using B6/12. But I know my main problem, I can't do my dream journal at night when i wake up, I tell myself before going to sleep that I need to write down my dreams every time I wake up but writing a dream at 4 in the morning sucks. |

It took me a month to have my first lucid dream. |

It was a long time ago but I think I had my first lucid during the first few days of browsing dreamviews. I was so obsessed with lucid dreaming and I'd already been keeping a dream journal (so I had very good dream recall), so it was almost like as soon as I realised that I could wake up in my dream, I did. |

A couple days before my first lucid. I prefer the DILD teqnique. It is easiest. I still can't have LD's Regularly. Normally, I only recall one dream per night, but can remember it pretty good. |
