      WILD question.

Would meditation/yoga classes aid in having more successful WILD sessions? So far I haven't done a WILD or WBTB successfully.

I like your profile picture (.gif actually).

What does a dream guide do?

Since WILD has a relaxation and meditation aspect to it, I say go for it. Half the battle is just getting to (and past) SP.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I spoke to a local yoga trainer today. unfortunately they will be moving to a different location on June 30th. Still, I'll go anyway -- 'till the end of June!

      Yoga will definitely help!

Since I'm not sure which dream guide you're referring to, I'll post both.
A Dream Guide (staff member) has a wide knowledge of lucid dreaming-related topics, and serve as moderators of the dream-related sections on the DV forum.
A dream guide (in dreams) is thought to be a higher level of DC, who may or may not be a manifestation of one's subconscious. It's thought that you can speak to your dream guide and receive answers from your subconscious.

      haha, thanks!

It was the former -- not the latter -- but yes, I can see why it can be so confusing.

I think its great that DV has Dream Guides as they are all very helpful when it comes to queries concerning dreams, lucid dreams and especially lucid dreaming techniques.
