Ok so basically ever night i try to WILD i look at my clock and and look at the time i want to wake up then i wake up at that time from that point i stay up until i yawn about 7-10 min 15 sometimes then i try to wild i fully relax myself the lay there recently ive been doing reverse blinking and it helps me get more relaxed after reverse blinking i start counting in my head after i while i get weird tactile hallucinations never visual last night it felt like i was at the dentist and someone was moving around my jaw and lips but i lay there and lay there and nothing happens
