Thread: I can't wild helllpppp!!!!!!!!!

Ok so basically ever night i try to WILD i look at my clock and and look at the time i want to wake up then i wake up at that time from that point i stay up until i yawn about 7-10 min 15 sometimes then i try to wild i fully relax myself the lay there recently ive been doing reverse blinking and it helps me get more relaxed after reverse blinking i start counting in my head after i while i get weird tactile hallucinations never visual last night it felt like i was at the dentist and someone was moving around my jaw and lips but i lay there and lay there and nothing happens

Possibly trying to visualize yourself in the dream would help. It's hard at first to actually visualize yourself first person but after awhile it get's easier.

Didn't really work for me I just can't seem to fall asleep then a a minute after i stop trying to wild i wake up and i think to myself oh i fell asleep

FINALLY I GET IT I FINALLY WILDED! Even if it was accidental i still did it now im so happy im going for a nap soon to do it again if anyone wants to know my method just inbox or reply because its unorthodox VERY unorthodox
