Sleep Paralysis , OBE and halluciantions

So today i went to bed at 3 am and decided i should fall into a sleep paralysis.
Everything went fine and after 15-20 min i felt that my body was finally paralyzed after a couple of more minutes i dont know why but i freaked out and i just woke up panicking
I couldnt move and i just opened my eyes looking around the room. Then i saw them

I kept seeying them for 30-40 sec and then they dissapeared can anyone tell me what happened ( sry for awful english)

I'm not sure where OBE fits into the topic, but this sounds normal. You did fall into sleep paralysis and you did experience hallucinations. Your fear and panicking was probably a hallucination itself. While you didn't see, hear, or feel anything scary, your mind fooled you into panicking. Unless there is still paint on the wall, the men and the paintings were hallucinations as well. Keep in mind though that I'm not an expert on these things.

In sleep paralysis, you can often times get very vivid hallucinations. Though it can be frightening at first, this is quite normal and just takes some getting used to. Like Oreo stated, the sense of fear was likely a hallucination as well (if you suddenly felt scared for no particular reason). These hallucinations could still be lingering from your SP. There are also a couple other possibilities...

      - It is also a possibility that you had actually transitioned into the dream state and immediately had a false awakening. Did you perform a reality check once you opened your eyes and broke out of SP. You could have actually been in the dream state and completed the WILD without realizing it.

      - You could have fallen asleep and awoke from the dream state still in SP. In this case, the hallucinations would have been hypnopompic imagery, which is a lot like hypnagogic imagery, but occurs after you wake from sleep (as opposed to as you are falling asleep). This last scenario seems unlikely, unless you can recall a lapse in consciousness. This would indicate you lost consciousness and fell asleep normally for a short period of time.

I get these all the time when I wake up suddenly. It doesn't bother me though because I know that it's just a sort of residue.I don't know how you were introduced to lucid dreaming but I started learning with "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen Laberge. He explains a lot of things in the book such as those hallucinations. In any case it's nothing to worry about.

those were not hallucinations, they were real astral beings livings in another frequency than ours. If they were hallucinations then how come everyone sees the same things?

Well, you never know. I'm not going to write off your beliefs, but everyone certainly doesn't see the same things. I have saw a plethora of hallucinations in my day...including Abraham Lincoln and dancing penguins .
