ive noticed that i have very poor control in dreams(poor to a point where i cant hear or control my dreamself) but so far ive had 3 lucid dreams by accident. the lucid dreams actually allowed me minimal control of myself while at the same time being mildly aware of my surroundings in the real world. though during these i had no sleep paralysis and actually ended the second one by opening my eyes. Were these really lucid dreams and why do you guys think i have so little control? |

You'll definitely get better as you record your dreams. They should become more vivid, and you should get much better at controlling them. |

That is normal for your first few lucid dreams. Remember, you are not really seeing your room. You are just dreaming about seeing your room. A good way of knowing this for sure is that you opened your eyes afterwards. If your eyes are closed, and you are still seeing things then you are still asleep. Don't be fooled. |
