It's not uncommon to not being able to recall any dreams at all, even after more than 6 hours of sleep. When I was recalling up to 10 dreams a night 6 months ago, I could still have a day or two that I couldn't recall anything. |

i just had a WILD or a WBTB not quite sure think it was a bit of both, i found that if you are going to wake up then get up for like 20 mins. enough to make your mind active but keep your body tired, trying too soon would mean you are still too tired and will fall back asleep but staying up to long will stop you from gettin back to sleep its my second day trining and my first WILD/WBTB. awareness is the key! |

Thats the stuff. ADA is basically a master R.C. R.C.s rely on you realizing and remembering to do a check in a dream. ADA just relies on you falling asleep and dreaming to work. Keep that up, along with MILD for sure, and there is no reason why you wouldn't get an LD. |
