      Progress with ADA

When I first started to practise lucid dreaming, I managed 2 lds in 4 nights, along with an extent number of dream recalls.

Now, some months later I'm trying again, combined with All Day Awareness, and some exercises of noting some parts of my daily routine while focusing on small details:

-day 1: due ADA, I had so far my most vivid dream (not ld).
-day 2 and 3: not a single memory of any dream. Which is weird since I intensified my ADA exercises, like a lot.

Should I not use an alarm in the first days? I kinda think I'm messing my sleep a bit due putting alarm clock for 4 hours after sleep, but since I take ages to fall asleep, I mess the cycles calculations. But I bet I won't wake up w/o alarm, and C.A.T is not an option due my working schedules

Thanks for the advice and nice to meet you guys

It's not uncommon to not being able to recall any dreams at all, even after more than 6 hours of sleep. When I was recalling up to 10 dreams a night 6 months ago, I could still have a day or two that I couldn't recall anything.

Just try to have regular sleeping hours and you'll be fine. I also suggest that you try to combine ADA with MILD. It's just a few minutes extra before going to bed and possible during a WBTB or when you wake up briefly in the morning, and it's very effective.

Nice to meet you too! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask

i just had a WILD or a WBTB not quite sure think it was a bit of both, i found that if you are going to wake up then get up for like 20 mins. enough to make your mind active but keep your body tired, trying too soon would mean you are still too tired and will fall back asleep but staying up to long will stop you from gettin back to sleep its my second day trining and my first WILD/WBTB. awareness is the key!

Thats the stuff. ADA is basically a master R.C. R.C.s rely on you realizing and remembering to do a check in a dream. ADA just relies on you falling asleep and dreaming to work. Keep that up, along with MILD for sure, and there is no reason why you wouldn't get an LD.

Also, don't just go through the motions when doing a check or being aware. Question reality and focus your attention on what you are doing. Basically, Focus, Attention, and Patience is the key.

      ..... F.A.P. Yeah.
