-Keep a dream journal, this will increase your dream recall greatly |

hi i need some help but i never have dreams (rarely) it just seems like i fade away then wake up, nothing in between but this morning was slightly different but i'm not sure if it would have helped, because when i woke up i didn't remember any dreams, but as i sat there this one image floated into my mind of a large pillar with people cheering at the sides, i have to picture of where i was standing i just need to know if that sounds right, or if i should dismiss it |

At the fork in the road I turned left while everyone else turned right..
When you say practice awareness, how do you do that? |

Are you dreaming?
Lucid Goals
Astral Proyection [ ]
You have dreams every night just tell yourself to remember them and if you have very bad recall don't get up until you remember at least one dream, or realize you cant remember 5 mins later. Dream journals help, it further puts it into your mind that you wanna remember. I started remembering my dreams on day 1 of the dream journal and it got better until i started remembering 3 or 4 dream a night sometimes 5. As for the WILD don't focus on don't move. You need to relax if you get itchy scratch the itch, if you keep worrying about not itching and scratching and staying still for the life of you it wont work well. IF you just relax and think lucid dreaming repeatedly the not moving will go from "trying to not move" to not moving being natural. Do this and you might be suprised how quickly you enter a dream. Often in a WILD it is best to convey your intentions in as few words as possible instead of "when I am dreaming ill know that i am dreaming." you should think "lucid dreaming". IF you use number one you will get bored and it will be harder. Good luck and remember try to relax during WILD and it will get easier. |

Try not. Do or do not. There is no try.

flowers shall grow
and I am in them
and that is eternity.
