Hi All, this is my first post and really my first exploration into lucid dreaming. A bit of background, I am a married Aussie living in the UK and ever since I can remember I have always been able to remember my dreams easily and a few times I even knew I was dreaming while I was dreaming. I dont know if there is any correlation, but Im also a frequent day dreamer as well. |

I completely agree with Hopsin! I would add that WBTB is also a great way to start exploring induction methods, just don't try too much at once! And welcome to the site! |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
