What are you doing to remember your dreams? Have you already read this dream recall tutorial?

"Stress kills dream recall. If you have had a stressful day and want to remember your dream the next morning then it is recommended to find a way to relieve that stress. This could be anything from working out, to playing video games, to meditating. Whatever you find relieves stress the best."

It could be that anxiety is causing you to not remember your dreams. Something I first did when I was starting out with LDs was repeat the phrase, "I will remember my dream tonight." Will is a powerful device in the subject of LD's.

My new method which seems to work for me is this: Find some important event every day. Everytime something important happens to me, it seems as if I dream. The more important it is, the more vivid the dream.

      Welcome to DV :]

This happens sometimes to me, maybe every few nights. Where you feel like you just slept through the whole night, you fall asleep for what seems like 3 mins then you wake up.
Try setting random alarms in the middle of the night. Just keep on trying though, 3 days isn't long enough to really see a noticeable difference.
