Well and isnt it true, that when i have LD it is automatical to remember it ? |

The myth in part is untrue. You'll be able to lucid dream, but there's a good chance you won't actually remember it. Lucid dreams are formed using the same memory as regular dreams, so there's not really a difference besides you being aware. I've had a few LDs where I barely remember doing anything; it's like when you almost have a dream on the forefront of your memory but can't grasp it. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Maybe when i use WILD - will it increase chances of recalling the dream? I thought that when i am lucid, i am in same conscious state like in waking life so the dream will be "saved" in same storehouse of memory like memory in real life... |

WILDs definitely tend to be more vivid than DILDs, so I'm guessing yes, but there's still not a 100% chance you'll remember it. It's really up to you whether you want to try WILDing with lesser recall. |

some people i read here on forum, tell it is so (experience)...hmm i will try and tell you then :-) |

Yes thats true. Most people don't remember their dreams simply because they don't care to. |
|
Some people have naturally good recall so they don't need to keep one. For most people, though, keeping a dream journal is important because it helps keep their recall strong. |
