This is so frustrating. The same things happens to me. I try to be calm, do reality checks, observe, feel and grab things in order to make a dream more stable, but it just fails. Even if it stabilizes, i 'll make 5 steps and i will blackout out of nowhere. And i 'm pretty sure it's not about excitement, cause the first lucid i ever had was like 15-20 minutes long... and this makes it even worse! Thanx about the ADA link, looks really useful |
