      You should be keeping a dream journal daily, have good motivation, and I recommend some techniques below:

      Thanks Puffin and Arch. Had a look at some of those links already, and gotten a few good ideas out of them. Definitely going to try and keep in mind Grounding / RC's for when i need them... and Puffin, i question my reality enough already, but sure, SAT gives me another reason to.
