Or was it a dream about becoming lucid??? Well here it goes: |

yes that sounds lucid, but I'm surprised that you didn't get overly excited thinking about doing a million things at once like most people are, which is actually good for you. Next time you become lucid, after stabilizing, think of anything you have really ever wanted to do and do it, knowing that it is possible. To help you remember, you can also trying incorporating this dream goal in a MILD so you remember. |

Current goal: Learning pyrokinesis and FUS RO DAH
I think i was to scared that the dream would fade so i stabilized and forgot all i could do. I'm just glad i had a lucid!!! I didn't even plan on it. I was trying Solarflare's Alone Induction Technique. My first mantra was "I lucid dream.", and my second was "I remember my dreams." I didn't get to say the second, but i also recalled 3 drams and 1 fragment that night. |

how do you stabilize the dream ? |
|
To stabilise a dream, you have to get a feel for the dream world, so use your senses, a good method is by feel - to rub your hands together, the feeling generated by this action allows you to become more stable. |

I have had similar "semi-lucid" dreams. It's like I'm lucid, but not completely lucid.... It helps to do a few more reality check, just to realize completely that this is a dream |
