      Hi TheGritz, welcome to Dreamviews!

It's good you have had three lucid dreams already! What is your dream recall like? It sucks you weren't able to fly, I recommend you check out my flying guide. You can find a link to it in my signature.

There are many other ways you can have a lucid dream than just WILDing. Check out this thread that lists all the main induction techniques. Read over them and see which one would best fit your lifestyle and which technique appeals to you the most.

If you think you want to try to DILD, I would recommend Puffin's SAT Technique. Her guide is very helpful, and has had a lot of success. So check it out!

If you are interested in trying to MILD check out Naiya's Simple MILD Technique. It is another great guide.

If you want to continue WILDing, please look at my WILD guide. There is a link to it in my signature . You could also combine any of these techniques to make it your own. Just make sure you stick with a technique, and don't give up if it doesn't work after a few weeks!

If you want your dream to be more vivid I recommend you check out Dreamviews Official Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial. I think the best way to stabilize a dream, is to use all your senses. Just stop for a moment and look at all the things in your dream. What do they look like, feel like, taste like, sound like, etc?

Vitamin B6 is also known to help increase your dream's clarity if you are interested in lucid aids.

Anyway good luck! If you have any questions, just send a PM!
