      Question about WILDing

      Okay, so each night I'm almost in SP, and my chest starts majorly tingling after about 10 minutes. Is it me getting insanely excited or what? I always push it down and 10 minutes later it happens again...?

      Uh well I don't know, since I don't know much about SP yet, but I think it's just part of your process of going into it. As you may know, SP is different for a lot of people.

      It sounds natural, don't worry about it. May people experience different things when the go into SP including vibrations, heart beating faster, etc. You just need to stay relaxed and let the dream come to you. Good luck!

      Once you get into later stages of SP, I believe it could possibly just be hallucinations. Sounds natural, like what other people said.
