Hi everyone, my name is Keefy and I have just signed up to your awesome forum.

I have been a life long lover of dreaming and intruiged by the thought of controlling or being aware in my dreams. Hope to get to know a lot of you good people over the next few months/years

I recommend reading Puffin's Beginners Guide to Lucid Dreaming - it gives a really great look at most of the techniques and areas of lucid dreaming, it's the first stop for anyone in the forum

I hope you end up staying around the forums for a long time! How is your dream recall? Can you remember at least one dream a night?
