Welcome to Dreamviews! An interest in dreaming is always excellent - if you already have a headstart on recall then you can jump right into the induction methods of lucid dreaming!

I recommend reading Puffin's Beginners Guide to Lucid Dreaming - it gives a really great look at most of the techniques and areas of lucid dreaming, it's the first stop for anyone in the forum

It's good to have a genuine interest in dreaming before starting, because the intent to have a lucid dream plays a large factor in having one.

How is your dream recall? Can you remember at least one dream a night? Anyway, if you haven't already I recommend you read Puffin's Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming. It is full of helpful tips and info that i'm sure you'll use. Good luck! If you have any questions just send a PM!
