      Hi and welcome to Dreamviews!

There's a lot of resources in the DV Wiki, so don't forget to look through it if you're stuck on something or want to learn more, and don't hesitate to post around the forum if you have questions. There's a great number of people who can help out, including myself!

Have you decided which technique(s) you're going to try yet? If not, I'd recommend a DILD and MILD combo, with WBTB.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Well I've looked at the descriptions and have decided that I'll just Use DILD for a while, and maybe try WBTB and MILD.

      Hello! Welcome to dreamviews!

Like Puffin said, go check out the wiki! It has some really go resources that will help you get a better understanding of lucid dreaming. Make sure you are keeping a dream journal! You can also go check out some of the user tutorials on the site. Puffin's SAT tutorial and Naiya's MILD guide would be some excellent places to start!

DILD is a great technique to start out with, you made a good choice. Pretty simple and works really great! Just keep at it and stay confident and you will be having some good lucid dreams in no time!

Feel free to ask any questions you have here and even PM me if you don't feel like posting! Have fun in the dream world!

Pm me about any lucid dreaming related questions you have!

Welcome, welcome, welcome! if you have any questions feel free to ask me to
PS: Another way to improve is to remember to ask yourself throught the day "Am I dreaming" and to do a reality check (RC). This will help increase your awareness so that there is a gr8 chance you will do an RC in an actual dream and find out YOU ARE ACTUALLY DREAMING and become lucid. if any questions u can pm me too

      Hi there my friend,

Welcome to DV. Hope you have a fun stay here. Don't forget to view http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-116237/ , it's a must-read article. If you've got questions, feel free to ask by either posting a thread or messaging any of the Dream Guides(title given to a person expert in Lucid Dreaming) in this Dream Guide List. Or you can also visit the forum's chat room to ask questions or just hang out with the DV people. Be warned though, sometimes, the folks at chat tend to go loco and stuff, but I'm sure you're questions will be answered by somebody generous enough in the chat. So please, bear with them. Hope this helps
