Thread: Lucid Dream without the scary stuff

HH occurs when your body is nearly entering a dream, but you can have dreams similar to the experience.
I'm pretty sure most people can see HH with their eyes closed, well the people who get it that is, just either ignore it or invite it, don't be scared.

I have the same problem. I have a HUGE fear of well... fear. I get scared from suspicious trailers of movies! I have always wanted to Lucid dream but what if I see everything I don't want to see. Or even hear? I'm afraid that my brain will put those hallucinations in front of me! Please help! Thanks!
