      Quick Question - about wild

Last night I tried wild for the first time, because of luck.

I woke up about 4:00 am, and as I was falling asleep again, I had a spontaneous sleep paralysis. That's why I decided to try WILD.

For my surprise, I made it (yay!). I got into a false awakening, and after a reality check. I was in a lucid dream.

The thing is, during the dream, I still felt the "vibrations" from the sleep paralysis.

The vibrations were brief, and as the dream went on, they became less intense and their frequecy dropped aswell, until they were completely gone.

Now the question, is that normal when you lucid dream through WILD?

Wow, congratulations on your success. It is common for sensations from your real body to bleed through into your lucid dream. There is no hard transition between dreaming and wakefulness. Sometimes the two overlap a bit. If it is bothering you, try to direct you attention away from your real body. Get involved, physically, with the dream world and your dream body. Interact with your new environment, touch things, move around, stomp your feet.

      Ey there man,
Congrats on your WILD . WILD is one of the common methods to get inside a dream so don't get surprised if you get in one via WILD. But only a couple achieves an LD through WILD since it requires a lot of patience and confidence, so be glad of yourself for achieving one through WILD. Also, it's natural to still experience some of the real life elements around your real body while sleeping. The dreamscape might turn into an iceland if your real body is experiencing a cold atmosphere. So expect to fall from a cliff if your real body falls from your bed. Hope this helps
