I've been reading this forum for a few weeks and decided to register now, it's awsome it has so much information for newbies. Btw i am kind a new to lucid dreaming. I had few when I was very young, but they scared me and i never had them again. So now I want to get back my skills

Few days ago I had a non-lucid dream where I was trying to fly and after I noticed a black man sitting on the stairs before my house doors, I dont know why but I asked him if he was my dream guide, he said yes, so I asked him " okey then, who am I?"(hoping that he would say my name), but he answered "you are you"(hmm what that should mean??) and I suddenly woke up.
