Hello everyone! |

It is great to have you here MissesChaos. I am sure we can't wait to hear all about your lucid dreaming experiences. For recall what I would recommend is keeping a dream journal, whatever dreams you can remember being it during a nap or main sleep. These journals should be able to help you get better recall. Also what helps recall is to have a good nights rest. At least 8 hours would help a lot. My recall is pretty bad because usually I stay up pass midnight. Because you see around the 6 hour on up period your REMs (Where you have the most detailed dreams) gets longer as you sleep longer. Also I have heard that diet helps a lot too. We have a wiki up on the top bar for all kinds of stuff. |

Thanks everyone! This is such a nice forum and all the people are so friendly, I love it! I'll definitely enjoy my stay here. |

Most certainly hope that you do ^_^ |

Welcome to DV! You're really lucky that you're a natural lucid dreamer! How often do you have lucid dreams? |

Spoiler for Goals:
Well, let's say that it's 50% of the time. Like, one half of every dream I can remember is lucid, but the other half isn't. If I really want to have a lucid dream that night I almost always have one. It's too bad I can't remember them! But I bought a little dummy yesterday and I'm definitely going to keep a dream journal! |
