      Hi Diesel.

DILD is the typ of a dream, when you have regular dream and you suddenly realize, you are dreaming. The method how to do this is called MILD. So you want to practice MILD to have more lucid dreams like the ones you already had. It involves daytime awarenes, doing reality checks, saying some mantras and believing in yourself. You'll find more about this in tutorials here in DV Wiki.

Another methods you may want to check out are DEILD and WILD. But the DILD is the easiest one and you already had some of those, so I would just learn how to stabilize to make them last longer and get some ideas from posts about some fun stuff to do when lucid.

You may want to start a dream journal, there is one here on DV, it will help you remember your dreams, so you don't end up having LDs and not remembering them in the morning.

      Good luck!
