I'm Namine207 and I have been interested in lucid dreaming for a long time! I hoep to learn how to do it a lot better, as most of the times I did it were by chance, rather than by me really trying to.

I'm not quite sure. I'll probably start with MILD, since that seems to have the best success rate for beginners.

Ah yeah its easier for most people, it all depends on your sleep patterns though.
If you go with MILD, remember that going over the mantras during the night, right before going to sleep gives you the best results, also remember that MILD helps to increase odds of DILD and WILD, so you might want to throw some RCs here and there during the day.

Alright. I think that that is why I wasn't able to do it before I came here. I had never heard about mantras. I'll try and see what happens over the course of the next few weeks.

Practising the MILD technique is indeed a great way to start if you are new to lucid dreaming.

Even though it looks like you already know quite a bit of basic information about lucid dreaming, I still recommend you read through Puffin's Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming, if you haven't done so already.
