As of late, my lucid dreams have been nothing but bizarre

Is that necessarily a bad thing? as in hauntingly bizarre? were they non-lucid dreams? or just lucids that are out of control?

My dreams have been out of wack for about 4 months now. They're slowly getting back to normal. They were consistent nightmares for about 3 months. That is if I could even remember them. My most recent lucid dream was of me in a room. Dimly lit and a baby was crying. For some reason my emotions were out of control and I got angry easily. I decided to walk over to the baby to pick it up so it would stop crying. As I grabbed onto it, I felt the rubbery flesh of it. I got ANGRY and launched it across the room. Then I got mad because it was dim. So I said "lights on" Didn't turn on. Got angrier. Vision went blurry. Started to spin to become more lucid. At this point i just woke up. For more go to my dream journal. 8l Most of my lucid dreams are nightmarish.. This month however I'm on the roll. I remembered 3 of my dreams from the other night! No normal lucids though, besides the baby =)

Hate to make a statement about your personal life, but are you suffering from stress or depression?

Depression/Anxiety. Though I am on medication for anxiety so that's under control mostly. Strange. I'm a sensitive person yes, though I do not get angry easily. At all.

Emotions are amplified in dreams, perhaps you just let out the anger you had bottled up inside?

You're very right. Though I'd have to dig deeper. I've had a really good past few weeks I see nothing that could have possibly triggered it. The medicine. However. Amitriptyline. Has made my dreams noticeably more vivid when I do have them.
