      Talking in LD (for real?)

After reading a recent post I'm wondering.

If I'm saying something within a controlled LD does that mean in reality I'm talking in my sleep? What if I'm shouting?

I'm thinking if everybody in the street is wondering why there's this guy in the street who keeps shouting "INCREASE LUCIDITY!!" at 3 in the morning LOL

I would say 99% of the time you aren't going to be saying things in real life.

Sleep paralysis is in full effect in lucids just like in normal dreams so no you will not talk in your sleep.

I've read that SP is from the neck down only (please correct me if I'm wrong) and people do talk in their sleep so...?

I had been shouting stay dreaming in a lucid before and was not actually shouting it in real life. The chances of that actually happening are verry slim

I've shouted, punched things, ran into walls and screamed at the top of my lungs in my LDs... In other words, I have made a total racket. But no one has ever complained about me making noise, lol.

If you don't sleeptalk in normal dreams, you won't in lucids. There is no difference between them, except that in the latter, you're aware.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Thats not really true,. SP does keep you from talking. People do talk in their sleep and sleep walk but only because of sleep problems like insomnia. If you doin't have a history of that stuff you don't have anything to worry about. You would know by now if you did to. I have slept walked and talked in my sleep (really loudly too) once every long while since I was little but it has nothing to do with lucid dreaming.
