      Welcome to DV This really is the best place to learn about everything lucid dreaming related. It's usually advised to have good dream recall before starting to lucid dream. Writing in a dream journal helps with that. Next, check out the Wiki section and pick a technique to induce lucid dreams. In general, method called MILD that gives you dreams called DILD is easier to start with than WILD. These two are the main techniques. If you have any questions, post them. Happy dreams

      Like gab said, the MILD technique is usually recommended for beginners. However, it's up to you to find out which technique works best for you.

      I recommend taking a look at the Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming. This guide covers the basic information about lucid dreaming, and will show you how to get started.
