IVE been dreaming pretty decently and have been remembering 4 dreams the last couple of nights, but the dreams seem to be pretty short, or at least when i wake up i cant recall much about them, when ever i wake up in the night, i wright down the key points like where, what, who was there, but when i fully get up in the morning i try wrighting down more details but i always know that im forgeting something, that i prevesly remembered when i got up the first time. so tonight ill wright down everthing i remember when i get up the first time and see if that will increase dream recall. anyways im wondering if thinking about dreaming in the day or reading a book about dreaming before i go to bed will increase dream recall? any suggetions or thoughts? |
