      Cool Hello everybody!

yo everybody i'm new about posing in forums but I've read a couple of tutorials here
So I am really trying my best in this thing and im ready!

Edit: I just have a little problem and i think it's my last one. First I can only trick my brain that im asleep only if I'm thinking of a different issue, can't do it if im thinking of SP or LD stuff.. So you now probably knew im trying by WILD way, so when Im finally falling to sleep and i'm aware I suddenly start to think about it and I guess I gain a bit more stress that I should so I wake again slowly which is very disappointing

Hey welcome to Dreamviews, I have this problem to fall sleep too, what I do is repeat a mantra like ''In the next time I dream I will realize that it's a dream'' until it becomes automatic and after I keep repeating without thinking in the mantra and let my mind think of what it want. About the WILD when you are really close to sleep try counting or another thing to distract you until you sleep, but try not to focus on the distraction so much that keep you awake
      Good Dreaming

Hey, XaldiN, and welcome to Dreamviews!

Also, you can listen to music when trying to sleep, or anything really to keep your mind off of the WILD process. Really, the point of WILD is to fall asleep, but maintaining a very small amount of awareness, so you can catch yourself as you enter a dream. It's very hard to do, that's why beginners should start with an easir method, like DILD or MILD.

And good luck with your lucid dreams, hopefully you get one soon!

Well usa, I know WILD isn't very good for beginners but I think It's the method that has the most vivid, clear and realistic Dream right? Anyway the music method can really be helpful for me, especially if it's a binaural beat.. But my question is that I don't like to wear a headset while asleep, so can I use a comfortable earbuds playing binaural beats? It doesn't have BASS so I guess it won't work..

      Welcome XaldiN,

I would recommend meditation before you try WILD as it can help with relaxation and the ability to actually sleep. Good luck

I sometimes use binaural beats, usually during naps, sometimes WBTB. I use earbuds though, and I can hear the binaural sounds just fine. Maybe some earbuds don't work though, I'm not sure though. But headphones are most likely better quality.
