      Hey guys!

I have been interested in Lucid dreaming for about a week now, and found this website while looking for some techniques. Anybody want to share any advice? Bear in mind I have been looking at this sort of stuff for a week now, so try not to come to me with dream journals and all that... Hope u can help!

      Welcome to Dreamviews, ACaddict!

If you've been lurking around for about a week then you've probably already learned all the basic tips and advice one can give so it's kind of hard to give you any more unless you ask some questions/tell us about what techniques you've been trying. Just be sure that once you pick a technique you feel is right for you be sure to try it for a while and not just give up after a couple nights. You have to give each technique a few weeks and some require even more time to take full effect. If after a few weeks you feel as though it's not working then feel free to try something new.

And of course, if you have any questions feel free to ask them

There is a ton of good advice floating around this site. I think the single best thing you can do to improve your dreaming is Wake Back To Bed. Definitely try to work WBTB into your routine at least once a week.
