Hi! I've come here from Ld4all simply because this place looks a bit more active. I'm very enthusiastic about this. 
Questions:
1. I've only been REALLY trying to LD since yesterday, I found out using a phone as an alarm can keep you awake, like on the brink of going to sleep, because of phone radiation. I want to know any good methods to get me started.
2. I'm thinking about repeating a mantra before going to sleep, (not using an alarm.) and when I naturally wake up try to perform a SSILD. Meanwhile doing frequent reality checks IRL. I can't seem to grip ADA ._. Is this a good start?
Also: I have around 7 or 8 dreams on my "Dream Journal".
