Long time Lurker, First time poster.

Hey guys, names Louis, great to meet you all! I'm a 17 year old guy hoping to improve my lucid dream "skills" (if you would call mine that at the moment!). Been lucid dreaming since 7 years old, but only really found out about it a few years ago, and that's when I got heavily into it, but since then, have been on and off, and have now made the conscious decision to get back into it

been around on these forums for around 6 months now, never introduced myself, but here's hoping I can one day become a valued member down here!
anyway, it's an honour to be around people who have already put so much time into lucid dreaming, hoping to get to know each and everyone of you.

Welcome! I also had more and more LD's as I was hovering on the border of becoming a teenager. Sadly I stopped paying attention to my dreams and my ability kinda faded away. So keep it up! If you're wondering about something, this is the place to ask the questions

I was thinking about it recently and I also had quite a few lucid dreams in my younger years I had forgotten about. It's great to reconnect to those memories.

Since you have decided to make the effort this time around I hope we hear more about your dreams and efforts.

I do have two questions, what's a good way to get involved in the forums, and what would be the best order to check out each one, if I'm still a relative newbie then would it be wise to go straight into the DVA thread? If any of that makes sense, just finished a day of school so my mind has turned to mush

I guess you could go ahead and commit to some DVA classes you're interested in. They're very newbie-friendly, and a great way to keep track of your progress along with constant feedback from the other members. And while you're not doing that, you can browse, read and respond to the threads on the site – be it on topic or off. I strongly believe that just being here contributes to you having a better mindset for lucidity

Oh and hey, I joined almost six months ago too! *high five*
