Thank you, apology accepted. I ment what I said with genuine concern, that if sleep doctor told you that you don't dream, I can't argue with that and then I guess there is nothing to do. At least, there is nothing I can suggest, that would make you dream again.
But seriously, we do dream in NREM also. Those are not as vivid or detailed as REM dreams, and we may not remember them as well as REM dreams, because you don't usually wake up after NREM, as opposed to REM.
I'm not sure if mantra "I wake after each dream and remember it" would work, or if gentle alarm, that would wake you up from NREM would help. It's up to you, if you would like to try. Good luck.
