wake, take supplements, try to go back to bed, fail miserably, lay in bed for 3 hours until finally deciding to go make breakfast, eat, watch the news while drinking some coffe, then suddenly feel very tired, lay down in bed in the most bizarre position imaginably, close my eyes and the next thing I remember is this maniacal laughing bouncing back and forth from left to right in complete darkness then wham, I'm in a room and I'm like "lol wut, if I'm dreaming looking at my hands will tell me, and sure enough my hands literally were sine waves, awesome", proceed to have a lucid dream with no actual control of the contents.
