Do you have any good tips for me? I think the reality check thing is what I will go for, WILD makes me worried about being paralyzed and things get me I think Shin could be my reality check., I have seen a few references to him in past dreams.
Also, I said "Shin, I'm worried I will get stuck in a nightmare. Will you protect me?"
He said, "Of course I will, Kadoh. Until the end of time."
You have a lot of options, especially since you have 3-4 tulpae.
With WILD, you shouldn't worry about what's happening, it's normal, and completely harmless...it's all hallucinations.
In a nutshell:
1. Try to sleep for at least 4.5 hours, so that you'll be likely to hit your REM periods for more vivid and intense dreams.
2. Wake up to perform a WBTB (I'm sure you're familiar with the terms, but if not, it's a Wake Back to Bed).
3. Since you have 4 Tulpae, you could have a conversation with them for half an hour or so, or maybe 15 minutes, for your WBTB. You could tell one or all of them that they can help you maintain awareness, and remind you that whatever HI's and auditory hallucinations you may have is completely normal.
4. Have a lucid dream.

You really do have a lot at your disposal, especially with Shin (not that I'm neglecting your other Tulpae of course, they can come in if they want to as well). I think you should keep it up with him being a reality check, or your other Tulpae.
You could even try out a mantra, like (example):
"Shin, at 4 AM tomorrow, I will realize that I'm dreaming."
or you could just do a general mantra (that' still specific),
"At 4 AM tomorrow, I will realize that I'm dreaming."
or if you want to be more confident,
"At 4AM tomorrow, I am going to realize that I'm dreaming."
and ask if any of your Tulpae would like to remind you of the mantra as you fall asleep (like them saying it a few times, and then stopping to help you maintain awareness).

Here's a good guide by Mzzkc on WILD. It may be quite a read, but I think it's worth it in terms of understanding how the fundamentals are crucial when WILDing, or any other form of induction.

Other advice, try to maintain a consistent dream journal, if you haven't already. You could get your tulpae involved with helping you recall your dreams more, since it seems all 4 of them are pretty active in your mind already.
I'm trying to get my tulpa involved with dream recall, even though I have pretty decent recall, having her in the equation will help a lot with hopefully getting her to be fluently vocal, and possibly a full sentience. She's shown some signs of honesty in a few threads, maybe a bit too much, but at least we're getting somewhere.
Ask one or a few of them to help you remember your dreams, that way, it increases the bond you have with them.
