Hi all Dreamers! I am Gediminas from Lithuania, 16 years old. So let's begin. My brother (he is 7 years older than me) studied about astral projection and lucid dreaming, but he failed to get them, now he says to me that lucid dream's not exist. Last year I was studied about Lucid dreaming and after 2 weeks I got it! I was very happy, and in the same week I had another lucid dream. But I was very scared of sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations, so I stopped studying lucid dreaming. In this month my desire returned and I started to study lucid dreaming again. I'm studying it because it is super experience, because I want to create my own world and I will use it to inventions like Nikola Tesla. So thank you everyone for reading this introduction, and merry christmas.

SP explained - In short - SP, as in your body being paralysed is a rare thing to happen, and if you don't normally get it when falling asleep normally, you will most likely not get it when trying to lucid dream. On the other hand, HH can be somewhat scary, if you don't know what's going on. But if you educate yourself and you understand that they can't harm you, you may not get any scary HH either.
