Thread: Hi! New to Lucid Dreaming

Well you'll come to learn that attitude and motivation are the most important parts of learning to lucid dream (i.e. simply wanting it enough), and it seems like yours is in good shape!

Welcome. And also a good idea to do first is go over to the wiki, and look up all the acronyms. Otherwise you'll have a hard time understanding what people are saying. Things like DC( Dream character) RC (Reality Check) and so on. Also, a good idea is to hit up the wiki and look up DILD and WILD, as they are pretty much the basis of everything that is lucid dreaming.

Gab , another Dream Guide runs a class that is very valuable to beginners on MILD/DILD, which is by far the best method to start with. DILD (Hukif and gab)

There has been so much misinformation and confusion on this topic, that after a few days on the sight, you would surely run into confusing statements refering to SP.
