      i usually always rub my hands together and stare at the floor, but it doesnt seem to work.. and yes, most of the time during the day i do REALLY ask myself if im dreaming or not..and i usually try WBTB.

      most of the time i try WBTB, which is the best for me. and i never heard of DEILD before, so i'll definitely try it.
