Do these binaural beats work for lucid dreaming? |
|
I've definitely felt effects for a variety of frequencies. I can't say I've had a lucid dream from them, but I've never had a lucid before anyway. I'd say they can only help, but you should try using them with another method. |

"They say dreams are only real as long as they last. Couldn't you say the same thing about life?"
Our official position at dreamviews is that they don't work. |

They're like snake oil. |
|
I've felt relaxed by them, but I've never had a lucid with them. |
|
If you do a simple search, you'll find that people who tried - I did -, it didn't work for them. There is like 20 threads about it, none of them was very successful. |
|
They are very useful for relaxation though. |

Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

They work its just that its very hard to make them work, you need headphones, anything else wont work. They have to be on right like Left, goes with left ear and they should be fairly loud they should be no outside distractions or it won't work as well. You should lay down while taking them I don't recommend closing your eyes though(you can blink). After that you have to pay attention to the detail and how it should(if a good brand) increasingly get louder. Being in a semi-mediative state helps and its not that hard to reach. Don't take to serious ones at first that's always bad especially if you've never gotten HI. I didn't like it. I-Doser sells a reverse effect one good to have in case things don't go down to plan. Hope that helped. |

Iv gotten my closest to a successful Astral Projection with them. I listened to Theta at 6 Hz for a hour. SO you decide. |

Please don't necro post in old threads. Thank you. |
