Ok, so thank you all for your tips, but unfortunately I only got one vague memory of waking up. I also woke up during my REM cycle, which might mean something, so there, I said it.

My new plan is to take this slow, first improve dream recall and practice WILDing. After that I'll focus on becoming lucid.
While were talking about WILDing, do ya'll have any tips on it? I might try it later today, as I heard it is best as a nap.
