      Talking Introducing...

      Me.

Hi there! I'm Sunata. I'm only 17 (and a half may I add) but ever since my Psychology class I've been wondering about lucid dreaming.... It's been almost a year since I've studied about it in class.

Because of a roleplay I'm doing with my boyfriend, I want to have a dream where I am my own character and it mimics the said roleplay. I don't even know where to start, but I have been reading up on lucid dreaming all day and I can't wait to get started!

I know it'll take a lot of practice before it'll even slightly happen, though.. ^_^

Well, you could do practically anything in a lucid dream. Considering its your own mind we're talking about. So what your describing shouldn't be hard. Just need to learn how to do it.

And I know that feeling, the night can't come fast enough! I still get that. Even after half a month or so.
If you really wanted to you could try WILDing for a nap.
(If you'd like WILDing explained, just ask me or someone else, its a popular way to nap)

      Anyways, welcome!

      Hey Sunata!

As a deep fan of psychology, I must ask: what did you talk about in your psychology class about lucid dreaming ? I met many teachers that had no clue about it, but I think that reality will change as lucid dreaming enters the big area of science, especially due it's increasing importance in the field of neuroscience and neuropsychology.

That seems an interesting goal, one that many people strike for ^^ The MILD technique can be a good way to achieve that, especially if you use visualization! Good luck on your journey, and I hope you have fun around

Trying out MILD? This is how you become skilled at it.
