      Wink introduction and a question

first of all i would like to introduce myself i'm "blues" (i know it's a bad username but i've only just woken up and couldn't think of anything better) and all going well i should be on here a lot in the future

also could you help me with this?

ever since the first time i had sleep paralysis about 2 years ago I've had hundreds of spontaneous lucid dreams where I've just realized i was dreaming without any preparation (also due to this i can easily wild as i now have sleep paralysis) however once i'm lucid i can't really do anything the most i can do is fly very slow and walk around, my dreams aren't vivid and sometimes i can't even move my body also my dreams only last about 3 minutes. I've tries rubbing my hands, spinning and saying clarity now but that doesn't seem to help

Using a dream journal, if you're not already, can help make dreams more vivid and, at the very least, will make it easier to memorize your more meaningful lucid dreams. Aside from that, simply practice with dream control and when you're in the dream, try and engage as many senses at once. Dream control is based around expectation, so perhaps you're not entirely confidant yet? I think the lack of preparation may be the main problem.

Welcome to DV! I think the "Clarity Now!" idea is a bit silly, but what do I know. I recommend that you start slow with simple things. I mean very simple. For dream control, set easy goals and try to accomplish them. My first big goal was to have any LD in which I was holding a sword. It took me many attempts. By figuring out what is needed to accomplish goals that are not magical seeming, you train yourself for bigger, harder to believe things. For stability and clarity I recommend studying your dream bodies hand. Really take time to look at just the hand and try to move it as you will it to. Make a fist and open it up, and so on. This teaches your mind to bring details into focus and teaches you how to control your dream body.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.
