Using a dream journal, if you're not already, can help make dreams more vivid and, at the very least, will make it easier to memorize your more meaningful lucid dreams. Aside from that, simply practice with dream control and when you're in the dream, try and engage as many senses at once. Dream control is based around expectation, so perhaps you're not entirely confidant yet? I think the lack of preparation may be the main problem. |
