Have you tried the DILD method? I don't know anything about DEILD so for all I know it could practically be the same dang thing, but if WILD is too distracting for you then it's not going to work. DILDs, statistically speaking, have a much higher success rate for beginners than any of the other techniques.
Again, welcome to DV! Good luck!
Thank ya
Dunno what DILD means, suppose it's something like DEILD only without the E...Sorry I am terrible at abbrevations, I should have mentioned in the first post. Abbrevations don't like to stick in my head, that's why I'm having such a rough time when people widely use these in the irc chat for instance, I have to either ask or find the dictionary for all the abbrevations somewhere on this forum. But I suppose that if DILD is good for beginners I might give it a try.

Btw, I logged into chat briefly today, but I left without saying anything because I did not know what to say to not sound like a fool, so I remained quiet there. The only other time I tried it, I think I attempted to write novels in slowmotion in DV chat, and I had a feeling that wasn't the right approach.
Anyway welcome to DV forum!
I had such huge expectations yesterday and I were really motivated but then I wake up today disappointed..why?
No
Lucid
Dreams
Let's call this NLD, when you DON'T have LD's
I created a very strong belief in that I would become lucid, but mind thought otherwise tonight...at least I remembered 4 dreams, but I have yet to bother to write down the smallest details such as what surrounds me and where I am, I simply describe what I am doing not anything around it..
I think if you prepare for an entire day....well firstly I don't think you will, there's so many other things that come to mind on a day and you will probably have forgot about it until you are to sleep again Dx
