Ted, Welcome to DV! Please keep in mind that with dreams, expectations play a huge role. If you are scared of something, it is more likely to be scary. So relax, and change your expectations if you can. Tell yourself that in dreams or in the hypnagogia in that in-between stage between waking and sleeping, nothing can really hurt you. It is all in your mind. And you can be in control of it. Or at least aware of it and knowing it cannot harm you. Relax and then you are much more likely to get a positive experience. |
